The Planet X Fuse Machine consumes one Lindworm, one Thunderbird and one Crystal Raptor. It gives you a Celestial Egg to grow at your base.

Added in the major October 11–13 update alongside Planet X, the Fuse Machine is the sole gateway to obtaining coveted Celestial pets. Unlike the safe zone merger, this machine requires three specific cross-zone sacrifices.

Which machine?

Before setting out on an expensive gathering mission, distinguish the two crafting stations in the game:

Do not attempt to feed cross-zone pets into the Safe Zone machine—it will reject them.

Collect the recipe

Gathering all three ingredients requires traversing deep into the late-game biomes:

1. Lindworm (Volcano / Hell Zone)

  • Zone requirement: 1,000,000,000 (1B) Speed.
  • Rarity: Divine.
  • Naming note: The Fuse Machine recipe UI labels its source as Volcano Zone. Older third-party guide tables refer to this as the Hell Zone. Look for the volcanic molten biome past the Ocean.

2. Thunderbird (Galaxy Zone)

  • Zone requirement: 25,000,000,000 (25B) Speed.
  • Rarity: Secret.
  • Located in the cosmic Galaxy nest alongside Starry and Sun eggs.

3. Crystal Raptor (Planet X Zone)

  • Zone requirement: 100,000,000,000 (100B) Recommended Speed.
  • Rarity: Secret.
  • Found in the crystalline nests of Planet X past the NIGHTMARE guardians.

Select and fuse

Once all three pets are secured in your inventory, walk up to the Fuse Machine platform in Planet X and press E (Open).

E to Open ──► Add 3 Slots ──► Select Pets to Sacrifice ──► Review ──► Press Fuse ──► Receive Celestial Egg
  1. Click Add on each of the three empty recipe slots.
  2. The UI window explicitly reads: Select Pets to Sacrifice!. Check the box next to your Lindworm, Thunderbird, and Crystal Raptor.
  3. Safety Check: If you accidentally select your primary income pet instead of a duplicate, click the Return button immediately to un-slot it before confirming.
  4. Press the glowing Fuse button. The three pets are permanently consumed.

Grow and open

The machine dispenses a glowing, purple-neon Celestial Egg directly into your satchel.

  • Carry the egg back to your base sanctuary.
  • Place it onto an open Pen stand.
  • The egg enters a Growing Eggs incubation countdown.
  • Once the timer completes and displays the green Ready prompt, interact to open the egg and claim your reward!

  • When to Fuse: When Lindworm, Thunderbird, and Raptor are secondary inventory pets and their temporary loss during incubation will not crash your treadmill budget.
  • When to Wait: If these three pets represent your primary cash flow, rolling a 60% Celestial Lamb ($220M/s) could result in a net income decrease compared to running the three original pets in separate slots.
